Kick-fit (Beginning Kickboxing) class information

As a total-body kickboxing workout, this class will challenge the beginning to moderately-fit exerciser. You will be introduced to basic kicks and punches, progressing each week to provide a gradual increase in intensity. Resistance training, abdominal work and stretching will also added. Expect upbeat music, no choreographed routines and a fun relaxed atmosphere!

Certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, Karen started her fitness career in 2007 at Goshen Health System’s bariatric treatment program. Her philosophy is to inspire, support, and motivate women on their fitness journey, with a  focus on designing workouts for the beginning to moderately experienced exerciser.

“The thrill of teaching beginning kickboxing to women and sharing the experience of their enthusiasm is always rewarding. I believe exercise is not something you HAVE to do; it’s something you GET to do, and it’s a gift you give yourself.

Karen currently offers personal training services to women and teaches Kick-fit classes.
