Kickboxing Plus

(Intermediate to advanced)

Kickboxing incorporating the heavy punching bag, strength training, interval training, plyometrics, and shadow-boxing. This is a strenuous workout program, but modifications are available.

There are some medical conditions which would make participation contraindicated, therefore your medical history will be reviewed prior to beginning the class.

Circuit Training

(All Levels)

45 minutes of combined cardio and strength training for a quick, intense workout.

Circuit Training appropriate for all fitness levels.

Core (Pilates-style) Training

(All Levels)

Core training is a Pilates-based, non-aerobic workout focused on strengthening the abdominals, hips, and lower back, also known as your core.

Core Training is an intense strengthening workout, but modifications are available for all fitness levels.

Kick-fit

(Beginning Level Kickboxing)

As a total-body kickboxing workout, this class will challenge the beginning to moderately-fit exerciser. You will be introduced to basic kicks and punches, progressing each week to provide a gradual increase in intensity. Resistance training, abdominal work and stretching will also added. Expect upbeat music, no choreographed routines and a fun relaxed atmosphere! Kick-fit has its own pricing and registration.

Boot Camp

(All Levels)

This class utilizes the great outdoors to get you in great shape!

Think outside play with an adult twist! Jumping, running, relays, circuit training ... experience it all in this class. This is a strenuous workout, but as always modifications are available.

This class will take place at Goshen College's Eigsti Track and Field Complex, 1700 South Main Street in Goshen.
